Accidentally placed a duicate order online. Glassons Civic was able to process a refund without hassle, and I was in and out of the store in two minutes!Great customer service :)

Lovely girls. All extremely helpful. The manager helped me out chose some items and was a very kind girl. I’ve been to glassons in other places and this one definitely has the best staff :)

Was treated very poorly by a staff member my the name of Meg. I was already having a hard day and the way she spoke to me was neither friendly or okay. I had to leave the store crying.

staff clearly showed favouritism toward customers who were not poc. if the staff are going to be racist why even work at a store in a country where 50% of the population is of colour? only recommend going if you're white and skinny

the staff at this store were so lovely and helpful!! especially the manager who helped me find an outfit for my birthday tonight. i really appreciated the time she took to help me. would definitely recommend this store!!

Similar to the other reviews I felt racially profiled by staff members, i tried on 3 items to which I only bought 1, and returned the others to the places where they belonged. Yet when walking out of the store I was treated disgustingly by the woman at the exit, was interrogated and felt like a criminal for doing absolutely nothing wrong. Atrocious service.

1/7/22I decided to go check out the Glassons store while visiting Canberra and it did not disappoint! The staff were all exceptionally lovely, particularly an adorable small girl who helped me pick out a full outfit for an event I had. I was so impressed by the time and attention she gave me and will definitely go back to the store next time I'm in Canberra. My only complaint is that they only go up to size 14 and some of the size 14 pants were a bit of a squeeze for me, even though I'd consider myself to be about average size. I would've appreciated a more size inclusive range. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience 10/10
