Ordered a Red velvet two tier cake. Was the best red velvet cake I've had in a very long time. Ordering process and collection was very easy, friendly and on time. Highly recommend.

They did very good coffee. My mum really like to sitting there to have her morning coffee everyday. Staff there also nice n friendly good service

Couldn’t be more happier! I had bought a cake for an elderly friend that had not had a birthday cake in 50 years. (I didn’t know this at the time).The cake was just perfection in every way. Looks very nice , clean and versatile. But really they should give me a free cake for my birthday as the cake is so expensive!!! Antique roadshows????Elite customer services however I feel.... versatile.

Stopped here to purchase bread whilst shopping in the Croydon Central Shopping Centre. Good range of bread products and we certainly enjoyed the choices we made.

Bought a steak pie and it tasted pretty sh!t. I actually threw it in the bin outside the shopping centre.First of all it was lukewarm. From that factor alone i could've been given another one, but it wasn't just that. The filling felt like mashed up baby food, it didn't feel like I was eating a pie. The taste was bland yet salty to the max. It definitely contains flavour enhancements, in this instance beef flavourings. The percentage of meat content was very low. But how would you know if you only receive it in little white paper bags with only their logo on it, no product information of nutritional value, no list of ingredients they used to make these pies, nothing. Pastry was flaky but that's about it.As for the price? 7.50 for a half baked mash up of beef flavourings disguised in flaky pastry. Big whoop.

Great coffee and Xmas mince pies are the best

I have been a customer since the store opened in Croydon. The staff are helpful, polite and friendly.I enjoy coming here for the friendly faces , great coffee and a chat. In COVID times they have still provided a welcoming place for people to come and sit/takeaway coffee. Recent times have not been great for small business and I appreciate they are still here and working to look after us. Thank you.

Nice place nice coffee, we have frequented there for years through 3 separate owners and 2 different business names, but today 25-1-21 near 2.15pm, one of the employees began mopping the floor area with what smelt like an extremely strong Dettol or Hospital grade discinfectant and wow it was really really strong. We were still seated, eating and having a coffee and the smell overpowered my wife and I and we began to feel a bit sick and I told the girl mopping that the odour was too strong, but she kept mopping. Fairly inconsiderate considering customers were still seated and only 215pm. It happened to us once before when this business was under a different business name, and we reported that occasion also, this is unacceptable while customers are still seated at that time of day, pull your socks up Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse Croydon, consider the stench that customers endure just because yous may want to clean up much earlier that usual.
