Not overly happy with their service. I have a GWM Cannon that keeps going into limp mode & I'm being told there’s no faults showing so there’s no issue. The photo attached was less than 30 min after picking the vehicle up from the 25,000km service being done. Not interested in helping at all & if you call the service department, don’t hold your breath while you wait.

Absolutely nothing positive to share about my first dealing (and only) with this centre. Car booked in for diagnostic test on a check engine light. I even told them the error code as it was identified by my usual mechanic prior to the booking. Agent was upfront about the $365 fee for a diagnostic test (seems overpriced considering I can google the error code and roughly what is wrong). Throughout the day I was called and told the mechanics did not need the full time to check over the vehicle (thus labour costs being cut and not $365 total) as things were found to be normal". Not sure where to begin my experience with Nissan Springwood Service & Parts. It has been an unpleasant journey as I have had lots of issues with them. The only reason I used them was because they were authorised dealer for servicing my car. Whenever I took my vehicle for servicing, I always had issues either they did not do what was required or forgot. I was told not to follow the manufacturer's service & maintenance book as it was of no use. Wow if this is the case why do the manufacturers waste their time making this book??My recent experience just topped it all. I had a warning light about my washer and told them at servicing. This was on 20th August, 2022 (Saturday - km 89488). They said it was all good. So, for continuous 2 car servicing they just ignored my concern for the washer warning light. The washer light was continuously on, even though they filled the washer bottle to top neck above the full level, but this did not solve the problem. Then, I took it to a different dealer, and they advised the sensor was not working and needs to be replaced. Since it was under warranty, they couldn't fix it.I called Nissan and told them that the sensor is not working so obviously they want to see it for themselves. Yes, they confirmed sensor is broken in April 2023. They told me parts are on order and will contact me.I called every 3 weeks to check and same story until 5th June when I called the guy said the wiper is on order and waiting. Now I lost my patience as I am not waiting for a wiper so I spoke to the Manager who said will get back to me. Finally, when the Manager calls me, he says your warranty has expired the day you brought the car in April 2023. Mileage came first not the date, so I said why wasn't I told about this before. I have been calling your office every 3 weeks and now you tell me. Since the issue started from August 2022 which I originally complained about the warranty did not expire then and mileage was under 100,000km. Nissan needs to get their facts right and also provide a better customer service. Due to their mistake I have to pay for it. This is not fair and hopefully they can fix this issue without more heartache.2 weeks now and no response from Nissan Springwood. Thanks guys you have proven such great customer service!!!

Booked car in for service 15/4/23. Had confirmed when booked that Uber would be available when dropping car off, it wasn’t. I had to use loan car and pay to fill petrol myself (not much used but not the point). Was also told HUMM finance was available due to service being expensive all to get there and be told that it was also unavailable. Both options were unavailable due to manager not leaving the required laptop for both (Uber, HUMM) is what I was told. No communication prior about either being unavailable. I had to re arrange car plans, get money dropped off to me and pay for fuel for service I didn’t want to use but had no choice due to being told on arrival. In my 20 years of owning a car this was by far the worst display of professionalism I’ve ever seen from a servicing business.

Went to them for help with my navara that had a blown hose to the turbo which required a new part. We were on our way to a long awaited holiday with caravan on the back. The mechanic we saw was a legend sorry didn't catch his name, couple hours had us fixed and back on the road to our family holiday after thinking maybe our holiday was over before it started Thankyou!

Where do I start, absolutely appalling service from the service department at springwood nissan after taking my car to the dealer to be serviced engine bay is covered in oil bash plate bolts missing and one half in cross threaded, oil all over My chassis rails at least 2L over full of oil oil cap not secured and covered in water letting water enter the engine catch can wasn't drained nor was brake fluid checked airbox tabs have been snapped off service book was left on the seat without the books being put back in the folder and all my receipts were pulled out and left on the floorGoing in for them to rectify the issues i was greeted by a first year apprentice that admitted he was the one that carried out the work and that it was acceptable and he didn't see a problem as he quoted all services are carried out by the first years" the service advisor was on my side until I wanted to speak to management and asked for the dealer principal or service manager to be contacted which conveniently wouldn't answer their phone

Worst place to deal with! Do not go here and find another provider.They broke my car stereo and claimed it was an an electrical fault and asked for $4500 to fix it! They wouldn't take ownership of it...even though it was working prior to handing car in. The guys there have no idea what they are doing.The Customer Service assistant James is beyond unhelpful and you definitely don't want to get him. Is very clueless and arrogant.In the end after approximately 4 months they agreed to get me a second hand stereo from a wrecker (which I found for them) and install that one in. The second hand one didn't have a working GPS, but I was so over it by then I took the car without it. The AC vents were left as per the photo below and I had to remove the fascia, the vents and then reclip it all together myself. Evidence of broken stereo also in the same photo.Definitely don't go back here, the only good thing about this place is the Manager Tony, who tries to fix issues (but still not good enough).So glad I use a different service provider now who have given no headaches!Never go here!

This was a terrible experience for me!I had my service booked in, planned to drop my key off at the early drop box.Did everything that was asked, told them the plan, and the missing parts from a previous service.Didn’t hear a word all day, then come 4:30pm I went back there to pick up my car, after not hearing a word I could old assume that the service went ok.But when I arrived I was told they had forgotten it! Not only did that frustrate me, but all day I didn’t receive a single call about whether the car there. Why did no one call to ask what happened! Or check the box! I had to find out that afternoon! Even when I asked about the parts that I needed they seemed confused. The planning and management here is appalling! Honestly it was by far the worst display of incompetence I have ever seen! The sheer lack of communication is beyond me!I will never go back here! I simply cannot trust them with my car.

Staff are nice and respectful and give you full description on what needs to be done unlike most places that just want your money. And don't do nothing to the car or look over it properly I will be taking my vehicle's back there for sure. Thanks again for your help.
