If i could give less than 1 star i would! Rented 2 properties with him over a 5 year period, not ONE single inspection was arranged! Terrible communication with tenants! takes your fees and does nothing, do yourself a favour and find a agent who can get the job done properly. dont make the same mistake i didEDIT: There was only 1 inspection for my property in wollert in 4 years, go check your records, wait you have none because nothing was done.Go look after the rentals you have at least now before the landlords see the truth and BAIL like i did

Unprofessional, hard to get in touch with, incompetent. Savi was my real estate agent for over a year with me as a tenant and he never inspected the property and it would take multiple tries before I could get in touch with him or get a response. I moved out of the property over two months ago and he still hasn't returned my bond, even though I have requested in writing twice and provided all necessary details.

Leased my property through this place, started well enough but towards the end of the lease there was no service from our property manager, very disappointed, they actually didn't want to release my keys to the new agent taking over, ignored phone calls and emails for weeks.
