We recently used Ultimate Building Inspections for a pre-purchase inspection. Both Sarah and Luke were amazing. The inspection was booked in for the very next day, the full report was delivered on the day of the inspection and it was extremely thorough yet easy to follow. Luke really took his time with the inspection and called me the following day to talk me through the key points, describing our options really clearly and patiently answering all of my questions! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Luke delivered a detailed inspection report and explained everything over the phone. The written report was finished on the day the inspection was conducted, followed by an after hours call from Luke- which I really appreciated. I will be using Luke for our future property inspections. Tony

Ultimate Building Inspections were absolutely awesome. I found a recommendation for UBI on facebook. Luke was extremely efficient, thorough and knowledgeable. I honestly could not fault a thing. The building inspection report was in great detail and very clear. Our builders called the inspection too early, yet Luke still was more than happy to do the inspection to get the defects listed on paper before moving in - 59 pages to be precise! He was able to accomodate with short notice and did not rush at all. Very professional and genuine. By far the most reasonably priced too. I would give Ultimate Building Inspections 100 stars if I could! Would highly recommend to everyone and I most definitely would use them again. We can't thank you enough Luke! Legend!!!
