Shocking communication.Booked my car in for repairs. Received numerous calls and text messages confirming and reminding of appointment.Drop it off the day of the repairs. Collect my rental and about to drive off, only to then receive a phone-call stating that “the parts weren’t in and to come and collect my car.” Something that should have been noted days before when reminder calls were made, let alone the morning of, when dropping the car off for repairs.When I requested to speak to a manager, was handed an assessor (not the same thing). Who did nothing but re-iterate what the customer service agent had relayed on the phone. Which was evident, hence my return to collect my car.The manager did nothing but talk at me when he finally showed up. Had what should have been a private conversation in front of the receptionists, until I suggested otherwise.Overall, poorly handled situation. Shockingcommunication.Ended up taking my car elsewhere

My car was sent here twice fromMotorserve at MItchell recently. First time the paint stripping along the bumper was a dodgy job and this was agreed from Motorserve. Because my car went back a second time they didn’t want to replace the bumper again which actually was the only thing they should have done, Instead all they did was razor cut the excess trimming and painted a brand new part that wasn’t meant to be painted and then lied about painting it.What did they do the second time then if they didn’t paint it and why is it clear as day there is overspray on my vehicle ? Worst thing they did here is a dodgy job twice and whoever marked it off should know better.

Service is terrible!!!3 weeks for an appointment, came earlier to do the assessment because of work commitment and no way to flexibility on the time, the only option is moving the appointment for 3 more weeks.Ask for Manager and she was worst, ironic and no willing to help.
