At roughly 2:30 today my friend and I went to subway. I remained in my car whilst my friend went in to order their food. I heard some yelling thinking at first it was staff communicating with eachother however once my friend walked out I could tell something was up. They talked to me In the car about how this poor worker (male) was being yelled at and called many disgusting words by a fellow female co-worker. This is outrageous and my condolences for the young man.

Big sign on front door apologizing for short staff ! yet when you go in there are 6 people (workers) 2 serving the rest running in and out of back room, why is it that Subways on Esplanade can do the same work and open late with only 3 or 4 staff working, suggest better management could help this store, food was ok although buns were not the freshes!

Granted it appeared to be around shift change after lunch but the service was very ordinary, and the tables were grotty. My first time in this store but certainly not up to the high standard that I have always encountered and enjoyed at subway stores everywhere else.

Everything was great just not enough sauce to my liking but next time I will ask for more. Lunch time rush and was in and out in 10 minutes.

Terrible. Used door dash to order my food and they missed an entire garlic break toastie. Very disappointed. And was missing cookies aswell. Will not recommend at all

New staff member Jack is a legend. However... Everytime I come in during lunch there is no structure and most staff hide out the back including managers. Poor online orders still have to wait even longer due to such little structure. No fresh bread and messy tables.

There was plenty of parking, tables and clean area here, 3 staff on more than adequate for 11 o'clock in the morning. All in all was a decent experience at subway. But in my opinion I would say the sandwiches are better at the torquay subway.(full of salad, and when you ask for extra olives you get a hand full not 3 more.)
