Quality service with a large range of parts in stock. Good advice from friendly human staff. The only downside is not being open on Sundays. I tend to make mistakes and have to wait until next weekend to see them again.

We needed a new rear wiper for our pajero sport as the original was stolen off the vehicle and the dealer advised a 7 week wait. Burson had one in stock and it was reasonably priced. The service that was supplied was excellent.

Great staff, friendly and keen to help.Sadly, head office has screwed them by marking up their prices by up to 600% in some cases over their competitors who sell the EXACT same product.For example, Camry and Commodore radiators are priced around $350-400, but are $90 on eBay for the same product made in the same place (Hoppers Crossing).Sadly, I don't expect Burson's to be in business past 2020. This makes me really sad, as Burson's was my #1 stop for a number of years.
