Wonderfully fast, helpful and friendly service.

I have been using experimac for several years and have nothing but praise for Martin and Karen and their very capable staff over the years . My husband and I are an elderly couple and often struggle with new technology. We always trust these guys to set up our new devices . They are always patient and polite. Karen set up a new iPhone for me today which proved even more challenging for me than the previous. I returned to the shop twice today and was greeted with a smile and they patiently answered my questions. I can’t believe the negative reviews as the whole team is totally professional. I would give ten stars if I could.Thanks so much Martin and Karen for all your help.

I would just like to give Martin Savage from Experimac a big shoutout for fixing my Apple watch screen so quickly. I am a teacher and you do not realise how important your watch is until you haven't got one for a couple of hours. Great service Sav. I highly recommend this business.

Fan replaced on laptop, excellent customer service, and the absolute best price. Don’t go to leading edge ever they will rip you off but not these guys! I’m extremely happy to go back to Experimac if I need anything to do with computers or laptops. The best in Dubbo!

Great service. Installation of a new solid state hard drive to replace the outdated drive has improved my Mac experience beyond belief. I thought I had bought a dud, but now it is working fast and efficiently that I am getting so much more done. Thank you for the recommendation Tom.

My Partners iPhone had been smashed in a steel chiller door with a lot of force. It was completely smashed. It was even bent. The staff fixed it!! It was no trouble for them and it was done so quickly!! No new phone needed and all the stuff on the phone was saved!! Thank you!!
