First time I have been to Blue Diamond and it was a fantastic experience. Roxanne was lovely . We talked about what I wanted and she gave a few suggestions which suited me. She did a wonderful cut . The coffee was great too. Very extensive beverage list too. What I also loved is that they don’t strong arm you into buying salon products. There were none displayed. Plus they didn’t criticised the hair products you currently use. It made a refreshing change. An amazing salon

My daughter had her hair done here it cost her $480.00 . SHE LEFT WITH UNEVEN HAIR COLOUR AND A STAINED SHIRT From bleach it took them five hours to do a baylayage ". she went to another hair dresser to fix it . Not Happy. Went into Blue Diamond hair at the beginning of the week. I had very damaged hair due to bleaching and colour. Fatemah cut my hair into a beautiful bob and now my hair feels so soft and new. She also gave me advise on further caring for my hair. Would highly recommend and definitely going back.

Best haircut in while with Roxy today here..felt uplifted and took good care at cutting to the style I wanted . Highly recommend

Leanne at Blue Diamond Garden City is just amazing. Have seen her twice to get a wolf/ shaggy haircut for my curly hair and she has exceeded expectations both times. She uses a razor to cut which leaves my hair feeling so soft and makes the curls just look so much better. The first time I saw her I ended up recommending her to my boyfriend and his mum. They both have curly hair and have struggled to get decent haircuts for their hair type, they both loved her as well and we will all continue to see her. She makes the experience pleasant and is very bubbly and friendly, could not recommend her enough.

Went in this morning to get my hair trimmed and corrected (a hairdresser from another store didn’t cut it the way I wanted) and was very happy with the results. The back was initially longer than the front and didn’t look good, but Fatimah fixed it up, cut my hair the way I wanted it done, and gave good tips on what to do with a short bob. Will be back again!

First time attending in June 2023 and couldn't be happier with my experience! Especially since I'd had a very unsatisfactory experience at a different salon.From the moment I walked in the door for my appointment, I felt welcome. I was assigned to a seat and Roxanne came over.I explained what I wanted and Roxanne listened patiently then gave her own suggestions about what could work best. I was so grateful for her input and didn't feel pressured at all! She showed me how much she'd be cutting off, how long my fringe would be, explained how much she would thin my hair - while engaging in conversation that wasn't too overwhelming or distracting (especially since I struggle with anxiety).After a wonderful shampoo and head massage, I returned to my seat to find my hot chocolate & marshmallows waiting, which I thoroughly enjoyed while getting a blow dry then my hair was straightened then thinned a little more. Roxanne explained every step of the process - what she would do now, what product she was using and why, so I was constantly aware of what was happening.The cut perfectly suited my face shape and the style I wanted, and turned out even better than I initially thought! Before I left, Roxanne took a couple of photos for my profile with them so, if I decide to get the same cut in the future, they have actual photos of me to work from.Extremely happy with my appointment, I'm so glad I've found this salon that's so close to my place and made my experience so enjoyable.
