A group of 5 workers prefefered to stand around at front counter talking instead of inquiring to see if I needed help.. When I did ask, they had no idea of general hardware knowledge..

Fantastic place to buy your home maintenance gear as the staff are really knowledgeable and friendly.I used to love going there to check out the indoor outdoor home extras such as statues mirrors pictures etc but that seems to have gone by the wayside which is disappointing - the place looks bare unfortunately.

Never again. The two female staffers were rude, condescending and couldn't care less their attitude equals dirt. Better off driving to either Singleton or Scone which has a really good hardware store with friendly and knowledgeable staff.
