This was my first Laser Hair Removal experience so was a little apprehensive. Paris made me feel completely at ease and shared alot of useful information with me so I was well informed. She was kind and full of smiles and energy, even at the end of the day. Thank you Paris for being so lovely.

I was abit nervous going into my first Botox appointment but nurse Laura made me feel very comfortable, she explained everything so well and was very gentle and professional. I will be coming back every 3 months for more

After being a long time client of Silk Laser Burleigh I have left due to the new owner ship. The new owner an her daughter who work at the clinic have some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The mean girl vibes an attitude is just shocking!. There is no care factor. From the moment you arrive, during the service and when you leave there is an attitude of arrogance.If you are looking for a new clinic I would highly recommend avoiding this one. Kelly is AMAZING! The best laser experience I've had in years..! I have highly sensitive skin and this was in and out, no fuss, no discomfort, great job. I highly recommend the team also!

Worst service I have ever received in my life! I called ahead saying I was going to be 5 minutes late, when I was at 11:35 in the crowded parking lot looking for a place to park the car a super rude woman calls saying she wasn't going to answer me. BECAUSE THE PARKING IS FULL AND WITH A LOT OF TRAFFIC INSIDE THE STOCKLAND! She made me come here so she wouldn't take care of me, she was even rude, I even said that I would do depilation in less areas and even so she said she wouldn't take care of me! I had already come here for Botox once and another girl said that she had not been trained to do Botox on certain parts of her face. But nothing beats this monster's poor service, I'm impressed how they manage to hire such a bad employee, I won't be back, I'll spend my money elsewhere, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Silk Laser in Burleigh Heads Stockland has the best customer service, attention to details when you ask specific questions, understanding the procedure you are going to have and very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to always show up few minutes early to have a chat and a laugh. Fantastic service. Full of smiles and very positive attitude. Thank you, ladies, for always making me feel comfortable. Nurse Laura is amazing, so informative and so gently. Since I have found Laura I will never go to anyone else for my cosmetic treatments. My check filler look amazing and have taken years of my face.

I am so pleased I have found Burleigh SILK! I have darker skin complexion and very sensitive skin, so I have been somewhat anxious to have treatment. The team at Burleigh have been so so patient, kind and reassuring, it's made all the difference! They have a lot of knowledge and are not pushy with making you buy products/services. They have gone above and beyond to help with 'my requests' and stubborn blackheads as well! I cant thank them enough! They are a really lovely team :)

I am very uncomfortable about being touched, but Kelly was so professional, friendly and made me feel completely at ease. She explained the procedure, and knowing I felt uncomfotable was amazing at making me feel comfortable. I actually enjoyed the experience and Kelly's conversation. I highly reccommend Kelly.
