Risby Cove Boutique Hotel
We had a lovely meal here in the small town of Strahan so quite unexpected. We chose the set menu with delicious clams, the smoked Ling and accompanied wines. The deserts were definitely 5 stars: caramel crème brûlée and the brownie was superb with homemade ice cream. The waitresses were very friendly too and efficient. We strongly recommend this place but book ahead.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t do enough for us. We highly recommend the apartments and the restaurant all of which we rate at a very high standard. The food was absolutely delicious. It has been such a joy to stay here. Far enough away from the centre but so close you can walk.

We have always enjoyed eating at Risby Cove, and last night was simply exceptional. The new menu is great, food outstanding and service fantastic. We dined with friends and all sent their compliments to the chef - he is great!

Risby Cove Boutique Hotel
We had the “Feed Me” and it was delicious. We also couldn’t help ourselves and had to order us some butter oysters. We started with 6, but had to have another dozen. Staff were great and the location looking back over the bay was picturesque. Word of advice, make sure you book, which you can do easily online.

Risby Cove Boutique Hotel
We were 2 couples spending 4 nights in The Barge ( 2 bedrooms on ground floor ,with private veranda right on the harbour front). Comfortable beds, spacious living area with beautiful water views , kitchenette with nespresso pod machine, kettle, micro and a fridge big enough to hold drinks and nibbles for 4 adults and to top it off , we had an excellent dinner in the in-house restaurant . We'll be back !

We were completely satisfied with our recent stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was amazing, we enjoyed a beautiful meal with excellent service. Risby Cove is a short walking distance to the village.Our room was great and we enjoyed the amazing water view. Very comfortable, and the complimentary port and chocolates were a bonus.
