Swim for Life is ran by Ruth Smith, one of the first female Beach Inspector’s employed by the Council on the North Coast with over 35 years teaching experience. You wont find anyone more experienced AND down to earth than Ruth. As an NDIS support worker I take my client here and have seen huge changes in his swimming ability and muscular range. Ruth has a team well versed in teaching people with Autism and other complex disability needs, how to make the water safe but also fun.Highly recommended.

Brilliant! Very good teaching with low student to teacher ratio. Great with both adults and young children. All weather indoor pool. Very convenient to highway. And they are very friendly.
