Its hard to imagine any other store as IMOGINO. To me it is the best in Australia. I order two bottles of Histories de parfum at a massive discount which is really hard to imagine. They not only sent these bottles on time, but to my surprise when I opened the box , I got more freebies which I really didn't expect as I never asked. I have become their customer for life.

Imogino was a pleasure to deal with. Response to my order was prompt. I was kept in the loop with the delivery. When the parcel arrived they had added extra treats!! So unexpected, it was such a nice gesture. This was my first purchase with them and I will definitely be using them again.

I recently purchased a fragrance from Imogino and unfortunately it arrived with a crack in the bottle. Michelle, from online orders, not only apologised profusely and promptly send me a new bottle, but she also sent me some extra goodies and a hand written note which was so lovely. Just did my first purchase with imogino.Super happy customer! Everything is individually gift wrapped, and comes in an individual note. They even add free extras in with your order! I got a free hunter face fuel sample container (15mL) and a free Truefitt and hill no10 cleansing face scrub! Super super happy. Was really exciting opening it all and seeing the extra goodies they added to my order!Plan to make more purchases in the future with this company! Happy customer.

No words to describe this store. The best experience I have ever had in my life. With every purchase I have made , I receive a Sample which is more or less 60 to 70 dollars worth.Now it has become such a habit that whenever I receive a parcel, I am eagerly waiting to see what samples are in it more than the actual product. Never again will I purchase a gift at somewhere like Myer or David Jones. The personal service offered by Imogino is second to none. From start to finish the ladies were so helpful. The gifts arrive via Courier all beautifully wrapped with a gorgeous note and a little extra something as a treat, which I found absolutely delightful! This is a Business that is providing good old fashion service for products that we covet and love. I’m jumping online again right now for another fix! My new fav!

I came across the Imogino website by chance when I was looking to purchase a gift.I accidently put the wrong address for my gift and when I realised I rang up the store and they contacted the courier company to make the change for me, which was lovely and helpful even though I had made the mistake.I ended up purchasing something for myself from the site and when it arrived it came with a lovely handwritten note and a couple of other little goodies like a notebook and some perfume samplers, which was such a lovely touch and made my day :)I will definitely go through Imogino again in the future for gift purchases, even though I am not in the state, just based on the great customer service I received.Thanks.
