I went into the store today with a specific product in mind.I had done online research and wanted a solution today. When i found the product it was too large and asked for assistance. Steff was the member I spoke with and at first the option she provided was an online purchase, when I questioned this and asked for a result today she instantly clicked into “solution” mode and we came up with a great outcome. This is exactly what I was after and am very thankful. Great experience.

Dropped into Bunnings to buy a pot for the front of our house. We bought one from Albion park but the other one they had was cracked. So we drove to Wollongong. The store is a little dated compared to the rest of the stores but still has the same massive amount of stock.Great buys and very friendly staff. We bought the pot , 2 succulents and some succulent soil. But they only had 3 bags left. Cannot wait to set up my pot with plants etc

Large store, friendly helpful staff, small cafe located next the kids play area so you can have a rest! If you can't find what your looking for just just one of the red shirts floating about! They'll be more than happy to help with your enquiry

I visited Bunnings Wollongong yesterday and Rod the lighting department staff member helped me out. He was super helpfull and really went above and beyond. Well done guys and girls. Service plus. I'm very impressed, and highly recommend this business and staff.Update; I was in again today and once again top notch service. Kelly helped me out with a screen door handle replacement, she was super helpful and her advice was spot on. Door fixed, thanks again
