Not professional to firstly sell me anti-virus software that you make a profit on, and then when its not compatible with my pc and I am forced to remove it, MLK start invoicing me every 3 days for a product I don't want and didn't attempt to renew or use. Emails from me were ignored. I was receiving 1 escalated invoice demand for payment every 3rd day, then 2 in 1 day, with the price increasing 10%! Clearly an attempt to trick me into paying this invoice. The email eluded to a practice of charging clients where credit card details are on file, which does not sit well with me. I dont believe this is professional at all, and there should be an opt-out but that was never offered to me.
