First time at D2M, staff were a very friendly and accommodating. Eric did a great job with my hair with the picture I should him and I am really happy with the result. Communication can be a bit hard through the mask so we did have to repeat ourselves a few times to try to understand each other but he demonstrated great professionalism and patience and the results shows for itself.Not the cheapest around but not the most expensive place around. For the service and quality I think its a really good value.They seem pretty hard to get a booking during the holiday period so I would try to call in or book in advance before heading over.

I recently visited this hairdresser and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. My hairdresser，Eric was skilled and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the results of perm exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hairdresser to anyone looking for a top-notch salon with exceptional service.

My haircut was not even close to the pictures I showed them. Even though for the last step to set my hair, the staff couldn’t blow it proper dry. It was still wet!I back home and realised my hair at the back is looks so ridiculous.Comparing with the price and my experienced disappointment. I don’t recommend it.

Very friendly and polite staff. Eric understood what I described and executed it perfectly. I am very happy with my haircut. I highly recommend this place.

I came in with high expecation as it was good in my previous vist, but it was extrem disappointing this time. My hair was cut without any layer. I could do a better job than he did. Now my only hope is that my hair can grow a little bit fast so I can get someone else to fix it.

I did more then 6 perms which hold rb 3 months.I paid 200$ for a perm in this salon and washed my hair after 48h and the perm was completely GONE!!!!Either the staff is incompetent or they rip people off.

I am very disappointed. I was 15 mins late for my 3 hour appointment, (digital perm) as there were no trams. I had to walk most of the way and it took me 40 mins. They told me that they couldn't see me and the hairdresser was on a break. I asked if she could come back and she did but she continued to tell me that there was no solution and I had to go home. Going home only took 25 mins (walk and tram). I was hoping they could be flexible as it was my first time.

Eric has been cutting my hair for a few years now and he always does a good job with styling, I trust him with my hair! He also gives after-care advice on styling which I really appreciate :-) highly recommended
