Gosnells Medical Clinic

Doctors are nice and experienced the same nurses and receptionists ar well mannerd too. nothing is bad in their behaviour. the Issue is they give us a phonr appointment at 12:15pm an call you at, 12:50pm. and how much the appointment takes 2 minutes. It's ridiculous.the only problem is they dont call the patient on time weather it is in the clinic or just a call. Couldn't get it why? what is the issue?

I would like to say thanks to the male receptionist which is kind, able to access the patient’s urgency and allow me to bring in my girl yesterday even though it’s fully booked and near the clinic closing hour. My daughter had sands in her eyes and been crying non stop. Dr Hassan is the nicest and friendliest GP I have seen in Perth. I highly recommend this clinic.Thank you.

My husband had a skin cancer removed 6 stitches , no pain nor scarring .He also lacerated his head and required 10 stitches .We are most impressed .

It's not hard for a GP to show respect to the patient- I had very humiliating experience. I pray for Dr. HIND NAJM that she will not be such rude to any other patient.

One of the best medical practices I’ve ever visited. Dr Hassan is an excellent, sufficient and experienced Dr. The receptionists, and Salah the manager, are also very well mannered, professional and always go above and beyond to accommodate us. Highly recommend the practice.

Lovely staff, extremely willing to help and asked for a lot of detail regarding my situation. Would highly recommend! Dr. Shaza Ilyas is wonderful.

This clinic does not adhere to the client-centred health care framework.I had appointment for my child scheduled at 11 am. I arrived at the clinic at 11:03 am. The receptionist was too busy on the phone to assist me and I had to wait for him to get off the phone. When he finally went to get the doctor for me, Dr. Hassan said: You are 7 minutes late. Come back next week." I was astonished to hear this coming from the same man that made me wait 40 minutes in his office unattended for a consultation 2 weeks prior. How is it that he can be 40 minutes late and I am denied my appointment for arriving 3 minutes late and being delayed by his receptionist. Such double standards I have never encountered in my life."

Dr Raad is one of the rudest GP's I have visited. Low quality place, avoid at all costs

Dr Hassan and Ansari are wonderful but really there is one male receptionist who is not remorseful we come there to seek medical attention. He has a very inflated ego, so full of himself..talks rudely. Please my friend change. This is the health sector being curtious+ remorseful does not cost anything. Its a two way traffic so please hold your side.
