Worst and useless GP services. They don’t seem to know what they are doing and it’s bare minimum that you get from them but charge you for long consultation. They have no experience in pregnancy I got referred to Antenatal clinic at RWH and they were baffled why I was missing so many blood tests and why was this not done …because the GP didn’t say anything about it. I didn’t get referred to my 13 week structural scan so I missed it! I had to register with another GP because there were so many gaps. It very frustrating when it’s your first time pregnancy and you seek medical advice and treatment and you’re not even being pointed to the right direction. Both my GP and the locum Dr were not helpful at all. The only thing good about this medical practice is the receptionist. She is amazing and so helpful. I will never go here again!

I saw Dr Sachin Choudhary and had a horrible experience. He was very rude and dismissive, literally rolling his eyes at me when asking his advice for investigation into something I had been avoiding getting medical intervention for for years. Literally the worst GP I have ever gone to, it’s very obvious Dr Sachin Choudhary does not enjoy his work. He might be ok for scripts but I would advise if you are a woman and have anything that requires more care find another GP.

I started seeing Dr Sachin Choudhary four years ago and he is great. I moved from a brilliant Dr who retired and I was not hopeful that I would find another as good, but Dr Sachin Choudhary was a lucky find. He is very professional and knowable, but don't expect a roll over Dr who will give you everything you want to keep you happy, he will challenge you with sound medical advice, even though it is sometimes not what you want to hear and this should not be mistaken as rudeness. Over the years he has lightened up the more you get to know him and he does laugh too.

Very happy with my first two interactions with Dr Sachin Choudhary, I've been struggling with a knee injury and he prescribed appropriate pain relief whilst also making sure that I was being screened by radiologists and other specialists for further analysis of my situation. Very professional and glad I found him unlike my last GP who refused any responsibility for my injury and just kept sending me away.Thank you.

An excellent Medical Centre. Very clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Dr Weston was outstanding. Very professional and thorough.

Ive been using this practice for 5+ years and it has really gone downhill. No one ever answers the phone, the Dr's are constantly late for appointments (30mins + sometimes) and their record keeping is slack. The staff are friendly enough but are either too busy or uninterested. It feels like they are getting you in and out as quickly and as often as possible. Fine for a basic script but after a few bad experiences I wouldn't recommend. And I was a patient despite their attempts to gaslight in the reply.

Disrespectful of people’s time: on the phone they say appointments run 30 minutes behind, and true to form they keep you waiting in the waiting room for the full 30 minutes after your booked slot. If you know this happens often enough to make it part of the receptionist’s script, it makes sense to space bookings further apart.

I never write poor reviews because I understand this is people’s livelihood. However, this practice falls way below the medical standard any practicing or licensed doctor should hold.I needed a referral to a specialist. Dr Sachin Choudhary did not ask if I have private health insurance or if the insurance waiting period has lapsed and presumptively referred me to a private doctor, to whom I then paid over $270 for a consult, with no recourse. I returned to Dr Sachin Choudhary explaining my situation. There was no apologies for causing my inconvenience and financial expense but a snarky comment of oh I usually ask if the patient has private health.He then referred me to a surgeon at Concord, who actually doesn’t perform the surgery that I need. So 3 weeks have lapsed, 2 in-person appointments and plenty of wait time and I still do not have a referral. I cannot believe a GP is incompetent in doing a simple thing such as a referral. Dr Sachin Choudhary billed Medicare for both appointments despite the second appointment being one that fixes (despite failing) his mistakes.When I called the practice to voice my concern, the receptionist Anita didn’t try to assure me that the doctor will call or anything. She simply said I have informed him, with no suggested solution. I have to ask her to confirm the doctor will call me on the same day, to which she angrily said if he doesn’t you can call us again.Separately, I am unsure whether this was malpractice but at my first appointment I was told that I cannot have a longer appointment despite there being no other patients waiting and that I cannot book another appointment on the same day but it has to be another day. I suspected that this has something to do with Medicare rebates, but given I’m not sure, I will only flag this.

Literally the worst patient experience I have ever had. They call me 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel, they then are unable to accept any calls for me to try and reschedule, followed by me rebooking through the mobile app only to arrive to my appointment with Dr.Choudhary to learn that he always runs late and that there were still two patients waiting ahead of me.A strong lack of communication and regard to the patients time.Do not join this practice.

I've read some negative reviews about this practice and honestly, I'm surprised. My experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. The facility is spotless and comfortable, and the staff is both professional and friendly. As for Dr. Choudhury, his approachable demeanor complements his undeniable expertise as a physician. His patient-centric approach to healthcare is truly commendable. The bustling nature of the practice is not a source of inconvenience, but rather a clear indication of its popularity and trust amongst patients. This practice gets my wholehearted endorsement for anyone seeking top-notch medical care.
