Dixon Homes Brisbane

We are nearing completion of our Dixon home and granny flat, and have been happy with the process. Our Supervisor is accommodating and helpful, trades have been friendly and do good quality work. We have had a lot of delays- but hey the weather has been awful, so you can't blame them for that. You certainly can't go past the choice of house plans that Dixon has to offer- it's huge!

My recent experience with Dixon Homes was generally satisfactory. The salesperson assigned to my project was knowledgeable and displayed great attention to detail, which I appreciated. They were able to provide helpful suggestions and address my concerns adequately. I found their expertise valuable in making decisions for my construction project. One aspect that stood out was the pricing offered by Dixon Homes. They provided good value for money compared to other construction companies I considered. The pricing was competitive, and there were no unexpected costs or surprises along the way. The quality of workmanship and materials used were satisfactory, meeting my expectations.

One star goes for the knowledgeable and very helpful sales person who even support us during our first home building.I will definitely won't go with this builder any more because of the poor quality of the house items and the contractors they use for different part. our main issue is with their contractor who installed the home appliances and also the solar panel. These products started breaking down even less than a year and their contractor, Astivita, is not responding to our enquiry about the broken item at all. It has been more than 9 month we have this issue. It's so frustrating and Dixon is not supporting us with this issue as well. I contacted Dixon, one month before writing this review and asked them again to help us with the current issue we have with our solar hot water tank. It is leaking for a long time and it is damaging our house now. Dixon and also their contractor did nothing about it as before. So frustrated.

The team provided regular updates on progress and budget, and used high-quality materials and techniques. They conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything was up to standard.

I built with Dixon for the second time and I enjoyed the experience. The site supervisor Wayne always kept me in the loop and that made the whole experience smoother.

Wayne was out site manager and he went above and beyond many times to ensure that we we satisfied with our home. Our home took a while because we are way rural and rain delayed a lot of trades. Super happy with our new home will use again if we decide to build again.

The staff was incredible welcoming and helpful.I'd definitely come back.

Our granny flat is almost finished. We have had no issues with building with Dixon homes. At times, progress seems slow but with supply chain issues, and weather, on the whole it has been good.Very happy with the trades that did our work..they were quick, efficient and have done a good job.Our building supervisor, Spencer Reynolds has been amazing. Great communication, happy to answer all our questions, keeping us updated and very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for him.Looking forward to moving in very soon.
