Had two jeans shortened and one was done perfectly but the other had noticeable mismatching lengths… bit of a hit and miss…

Bought a long dress with layers and wanted to take the bottom two off to make it short.Quick and easy service while we waited - great quality and good service.

I highly recommend their services. They completed my stitching within 20 mins for 2 pairs of work pants. The friendly lady and gentlemen were exceptionally kind and careful with the stitching. Conveniently located and reasonably priced. Well deserved 5 stars!

Incredible customer service and quality. I was at first hesitant to see this was situated in the middle of a shopping centre but I was blown away how good and quick they were. Definitely coming back

Customer service was excellent, went there to taper my pants, did it in less than 30minutes, pants are perfectly tapered. The gentleman at the counter was friendly and helpful. Prices are really cheap as well. Overall, really happy with the service, highly recommend checking them out.

Absolutely pathetic. Cannot even do the straight stitch. Don’t waste your money with them. See the picture on my trouser stitch.

Unfortunately my latest experience in 2023 was no good. The guys here are friendly, but the job done was substandard at least evident in 2 of my items. Paid full price here. Ended up taking them to somewhere else and paid again to fix issues and redo the job.Issues:1. biggest issue was tightening suit pants - was ok before alteratiojust a bit wide. Now looks oddNeed . to go somewhere else and spend more money and time to fix it. So it’s a waste of time and money.2. Shortened my suit jacket sleeves. One side is ok, the other side doesn’t look good to me- can see shirt on some part and covers shirt in other parts.3. I paid for buttons to be moved up when shortening suit sleeves. Didn’t happen. When picking up I was still asked to pay the full amount at the start despite this job wasn’t done.4. I left 2 suit covers for 2 suits I brought in separa Paid full price here. And tely. When picking up all packed into 1 bag and 1 hanger and I never got the other ones back. 2 suits were packed as one outside the other. 1 pants on top of another. No big deal but it means I need to pay someone to iron them again which is inconvenient.I trusted the team with a $2k suit for an important occasion and drove 20 minutes to bring them in, was expecting a better job done and overall experience. Sadly, inadequate care and workmanship was applied.Changing my previous 5 star review in 2021 to 2 star for 202due to this experience. Keeping a 2 star instead of 1 purely for the friendliness of people here.———————————A year agogood experience overall. Went there a second time to them to shorten another 3 suit sleeves, job completed to the standard as expected and service was pleasant as well.I was a bit unsure about the finish of one sleeve and they were happy to fix it while I was there - definitely earned their 5 star. Will be back.
