Adam and his staff were professional, courteous and helpful. They installed LED lighting in the colour daylight. Adam spoke respectfully and went out of his way to help repair existing LED lights which were incorrectly installed by another electrician. His staff swept up any debris that had fallen onto the floor and ensured that any rubbish was deposed of before they departed.He suggested that we install a new switchboard as he noticed the current one was not up to scratch. We will use him again when we are ready for this job. I highly recommend Adam for his electrical services.

I was impressed from the start Adam from iServices Electrical Group rang me to clearly understand my requirements fully then Adam followed up with a site visit to walk through to ensure quotation covered all works which included install new external deck ceiling fan, 3 x double external PowerPoints, 3 x new smoke alarms, new TV aerial & power point & TV mount bracket & mounted TV, replaced 22 x halogen downlights with led down lights. Adam submitted the most professional quote and was the only quote received which included ABN & License number without me asking. Price for my requirements was great & offered value for money. Adam & his team of two other young gentlemen were well dressed, polite & super efficient completing all works with no fuss. They had drop sheets & tried to clean up as best they could after completion. I would recommend the use of cover sheets if doing any ceiling works to cover furniture. I highly recommend their services as they are very professional & completed all requirements to my satisfaction. I am extremely happy & will call them for any future works.

This is the second time I've used iService, and I thoroughly recommend Adam. I initially found iService on HiPages, but for this second job I reached out directly to Adam without bothering with anyone else.I had a very long list of things to do:* Installation of 17 ceiling-mounted smartlights* Replacement of multiple outdoor light fixtures* Replacement of three existing 25-year old heat lamps* Fixing a broken switch powering my cooktop* Installation of two smart fansAdam and his apprentice arrived ontime, and got straight to work. Even though the three heat lamps were more complex than expected due to some ancient wiring problems plus my error, Adam totally took it in his stride and got them installed, staying late to do so.Oh, and they left the place spotless.I cannot recommend them enough, and have already sent their details to a friend who wants some work done too.Thank you, Adam, and we'll see you in a couple of months for some more work too.
