I love to see a family business doing well and Jo Cool and his wife both run a very customer friendly and hands on business. Jo is the sales man and knows just about everything there is to know about all models of whitegoods. His wife runs the warehouse and even lifted my freezer into the trailer with me. Yea they’re seconds and he’s making money, but they’re such good value for very little cosmetic type damages. I got this brand new 155L freezer for $490 retails at $696 because of back panel damage. Very happy with it so far. Highly recommend at least going and seeing if JoCool has what you want before committing to the big guys.

Chris was very helpful and open on a Sunday. Good quality of appliances, recommend the delivery as it comes with free retrieval if there ever was a problem and at $60 that's cheap enough.

I could not recommend Jo Cool Whitegoods highly enough. Myself and my partner bought a new fridge freezer for our new place which was delivered today only to find it was 2mm too big for the space that it needed to fit in. Jo and his team arranged for a new fridge freezer the correct size to be delivered the same day, we are delighted with it and it is just what we are looking for. All of the staff we dealt with were lovely and very professional, the fridge freezers are great value and come with a 4 months warranty for peace of mind. No better place to go if you are looking for a second hand fridge freezer which you can rely on.
