Snooze Kawana

I spent a month visiting most of the Bed suppliers on the Sunny Coast and found Snooze to have the best quality beds. George and the team know their products unlike most stores. Very pleasant experience and we have the best bed we have ever had.

Snooze Kawana,Joe and the team at Snooze are outstanding especially delivery guys. Delivery dates were well confirmed for our mattress at bald knob today 06/02/2020 we'll come back for mattress protector for sure thanks for your wonderful service and adviced.

After a day spent visiting various mattress stores, I was so glad we decided to stop in at Snooze, we were warmly greeted by Store Manager Joe who was a perfect example of ‘great customer service’. He assisted us in finding the right mattress while being mindful and understanding of our budget, not trying to make us spend above our limit or rush us into a decision. It was such a lovely experience and I would recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Had a fantastic experience at Snooze Minyama. Matt was very knowledgeable and gave me some good information without being pushy. I came in with a few mattresses I had in mind from looking at website and we ended up buying a different mattress all together. Very happy with our choice. Received great service, fast/easy shopping experience and the delivery team were very pleasant. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Absolutely incredible.Joe from Snooze is to be commended on his passion for his job. We purchased a king size bed and a king single trundle bed for our daughter back in October (apologies for delay in writing this review).I had seen a gorgeous trundle on line but it wasn't in store. All it took was a simple explanation on the bed and Joe had googled it, found one in their Sydney store and it was arranged with the most comfortable mattress and additional foam mattress. Choosing the King size bed took a little more time as Joe wanted to ensure that we purchased the exact bed for our needs. Previously we had always bought Sealy Posturepaedic beds but after Joe listening to our requirements and placing us on the machine he suggested the Madison mattress instead. It was imperative that we chose a bed suitable for my husbands broad frame and quite serious leg injuries and my smaller frame without being double bounced!!! So we settled on the Madison 'Grand' King in firm and the matching 4 east - west drawers as storage in our home was at a premium.We are having the best sleeps, I no longer get woken during the night with every move my husband makes and it is unbelievably comfortable.Joe never made us feel rushed, answered every question we had and even catered to our children's demands for constant drinks of water. His knowledge of his product is outstanding.Delivery dates were confirmed and we were constantly updated and even received a follow up phone call on how everything had gone after delivery.We will only ever purchase further new beds from Snooze Kawana. Don't bother shopping around, the team at Snooze are outstanding.

At 3:45pm we walked into Snooze at Minyama & sales person, Cate greeted us. She was polite, professional and her product knowledge was refreshingly abundant. Buying a bed suitable for our age and lifestyle was daunting to say the least, but Cate made choosing simple, using technology designed to find which bed is best for us. At 4:50pm (50 minutes after closing time) we left Snooze as really happy customers not only with our purchase, but finally finding a business who not only sells all Australian made products, but provides exceptional customer service. Thank you Cate.

I had an issue with a bedframe I purchased from Snooze Kawana and the staff didn't want to know about it. They were very friendly at point of sale, but were rude and dismissive when I tried to discuss the issue with them. The manager, Joe, was particularly bad and made me feel like I was just an inconvenience to him. I got the impression that the sales representative I initially spoke to wanted to help me (albiet not enthusiastically), but he had to go through Joe who wouldn't let him. If you are busy like me, I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere as the time and effort to have any potential issues resolved is just not worth it.

Great service here from Mitch, thanks. Mitch took the time to explain options and helped us to find materials and colours we were after. Mitch was in no way pushy, only very helpful, he certainly knew everthing about the stock he sold. Plus, specials were on so we were able to get the bed and mattress that we really wanted.

I couldn't recommend Snooze Kawana more highly. My partner and I are completely different height and weight and they helped us pick the most amazing bed that is still amazing 5 years later. We went back to get a second bed for our spare room, and as the one we originally got was unavailable, Matt went above and beyond to help us to make sure we were just as happy with the second as we were with the first. The team here are amazing, and really know their product. Thanks for a great night sleep guys!

Useless,, we organised for our bed to be put together, and paid for it to be put together, when we arrived home, we found our bed was still in pieces. When we called, we were told that they'd come back if we paid an extra $65! That's a scam especially when you've already paid over $7000 for the bedroom package. On top of that, they were 3 weeks late on their scheduled delivery time for the bed.I was going to change my review to be more positive, however, the two gentlemen who came to fix the problem, were rude, derogatory, and seemed very put out that they had to be there.On top of that, we had to cancel plans and wait for them to come some time after lunch" after lunch turned out to be 3:30."
