Trish has been great. I needed help with a sore lower back and based on experience with other physios I was expecting to have to make multiple appointments a week to get some relief. Trish explained clearly what has likely happened, what muscles are involved and stretches to do to help. And help it did, and with a few minutes stretching a day I'm empowered to manage my issues on my own terms.
