A while ago we were put into the position of having to sell my elderly fathers property due to him needing to go into care. This was a traumatic time for us. The first agent to give us an evaluation visibly turned his nose up at the property due to it being a little run down. He then proceded to tell us to paint , put down new flooring ect.
