I’ve been calling them for three weeks to repair a broken window and they keep saying “someone will come today” and none has come yet. This business is a joke, not serious.

Will NEVER use this company again!!! I have used them in the past and they were brilliant, but I have been waiting 3 months for a new shower screen to go into my rental property. I am now at 20 times I have had to call them plus the times my tenant has had to call them because they don't show up when they say they will. This morning their excuse to my tenant was that the installation guy was not at work today, however when I called them their excuse was that the glass had only arrived today when they were expecting it yesterday. Problem with that excuse is I was told over 3 weeks ago that the screen was ready and was going to be installed. Every time they say they are going to show up they never do and they don't call to let us know. Will go with one of the other 2 companies in town in the future.Update: still no shower screen, more no-shows by their company when they say they will be installing it, then say they need to take more measurements (it has now been measured 4 times) It is too hard to deal with this company so I have cancelled my order and will contact a different company.
