Diamond Nails

I can see why this place has such a low rating. If I could do 0 stars, I would. I came here with my sister (for the first & last time) yesterday and left with the ugliest set of nails. First, the nail tech thought her opinion mattered and refused to give me the length and style that I asked for, then tried to over charge and was extremely rude, talking smack with her colleagues, and not only that - she was very aggressive with how she handled my nails, almost as if she was letting her frustration out on me. No work ethic, no mannerisms - not a place I would recommend. After we left, my sisters nail snapped within in minutes of leaving but we were so upset and turned off we didn’t even want to get it fixed. Save yourself some energy and go to odyssey nails on level 2.

The lady I had I believe was the owner, she was talking to me so nicely. They were all so kind and make sure that your okay and if you wanted anything more. They are the best nail salon that I have ever been to. I recommend people to go there

Always satisfied when I come and get my nails done.The staff are polite and always friendly.

The lady who did my nails was filing them so short, aggressively and rushed. After finishing the sns there was nail powder stained on my skin, i told her to remove it and she jst told me to wash it 3 times when i get home. Also i believe talking to her collegues in a foriegn langauge in front of me which is very unprofessional. Had to go home and try clean the edges with acetone myself. Will never return here again.

I had a great experience here, she was kind and made sure everything was perfect. I loved it ❤️

Went for a normal manicure, the lady rushed everything even the way she was chopping off my nails felt like she trained at dog groomers. She cut atleast two of my fingers and then only said sorry. She said I need to sit somewhere else to dry my nails and while taking my things there, she ruined one of my nails and instead of redoing it, she just applied another layer of top coat. I complained at cashier and they said I'll only pay 20 instead of 25. Horrible. Don't do it. I don't know how they are in business tbh. Terrible coating. Terrible cleaning. My friend was there for manicure and told the lady she didn't like it and she didn't do anything. She removed her polish when she reached home.

I came here on the 23rd of December at 9.15 am it was busy I was told to come back in 15 minutes, I was fine with that I told them I would be back in 15 to 20 minutes.I returned back I had 3 children with me, after sitting there for almost an hr I asked politely how much longer it would be as my kids were getting very restless, with that the owner I think started slamming things and speaking in Vietnamese in an aggressive tone and came to me and started my nails.She was ignoring me as I tried to bring a conversation to her .She also was filing the sides of my fingers in her rage.She left me with uneven nails and they were looking so ugly shaped and thick.I found asking her for anything extra was something she was just not happy with doing.She also charged me 90 dollars which I think was way to much.I ended getting them removed on boxing day as I couldn't bare to look at them anymore they were very ugly.The nail tech that removed them said it looked like whoever done them must have only started Learning to do them.I wish I had read all these reviews I would never ever had stepped foot in this place.I may have got ripped of but I will never be back in this horrible place again.

I love coming back to this place to get my nails done. They never disappoint me and today surprised me with some diamonds. Kim looked after me so well today like she always does and the rest of the team.
