Website said dogs of all sizes welcome... Rang up to enquire about available times we could book our 6 months old mastiff x girl in for a wash & got told they no longer do big dogs and gave us a number of some random guy who doesn’t answer his phone or return messages instead? Update your website.. & please don’t waste good customers time with unreliable references!

Just be aware that your dog will be placed in a cage and it will be the customers fault for not querying about it before you entrust the dog with the Manager. Whilst the grooming was ok, we certainly won't be returning our dog to the Ultimate Grooming Salon

Kylie is a dog professional, she has multi-years under her belt and is constantly winning business and show awards.I only take my pets to be clipped by Kylie, who will allow my whimsy, giving my Pomeranian a mohawk one Christmas and half shaving my poor Charles King Charles Spaniel.A professional in every sense, and very knowledgeable about the care of dogs -- I trust Kylie with my babies and they look forward to their visits with her.
