St Ann's Kindergarten + Outside School Hours Care

My daughter has been attending St Ann’s After school and before school care at Redbank Plains for 2 years and this is what happened to her.. As a mother of two(2) children’s and working 5days a week I have no choice but to put my oldest daughter in before and after school care .When I picked up my daughter and this is what I walked into, I was the one who had to approach the staff regarding this situation.Incident:•Bump on the forehead.• Cut on the forehead• Bruise on left armThe staff are rude , the supervision is horrible, always lie about things, always make your child looks like they are the ones who’s lying.I never received a curtesy call or a incident report regarding this issue.

My daughter attends the Kindy program at St Ann's Redbank Plains and absolutely loves going. Even on her days off, she asks me if it is a Kindy day. The teachers go above and beyond to ensure each child feels valued and comfortable in their environment. We will be starting schooling (Prep) through to St Ann's next year and we look forward to continuing to be a part of the St Ann's community. Highly recommend! You guys do an amazing job!
