Awful experience after renting from Tony for almost 3 years. We’d taken incredible care of the property which we’d had complemented at every half yearly inspection. Upon leaving the property a range of crazy costs were quoted and we were notified of a tribunal lodgement without PRD giving us any warning. Luckily we had sought legal advice and understood they were just trying to take advantage of us as tenants with no grounds to claim. They’d accepted a small offer we’d made and pulled out of tribunal 1 day before we were due to appear. An absolutely awful thing to put good tenants through and I’m just lucky we sought legal advice. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with them.
