My wife Samantha has been going to Gen Health for a number of years and encouraged me to also attend to receive treatment for a muscular injury. I've had physio appointments with both Alice and Mel and both have been absolutely fantastic. Very friendly and professional service. Thanks Gen Health!

The staff at Gen Health are amazing.. I love how they all have their area of expertise, but all work together as one team - they call on each other for support and will redirect me to one of the other team members, as required, to suit my issue. I have been a client since they first opened and can't recommend them highly enough. I have also been taking my son there for years as an NDIS participant and they've been so great with him.

I have seen both Steph the podiatrist and Jess the physio over the last 5 years. Both have gone above and beyond during appointments and with follow up services as I don’t live locally. If I haven’t been able to make clinic Telehealth appointments have been equally as personal. Would highly recommend!

The team at Gen Health are friendly, professional, very skilled and do an absolutely exceptional job.Their physiotherapy, group reformer physiotherapy and podiatry services have all assisted me greatly.Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone!

The team at Genhealth are always so helpful. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly receptionists, to the wonderful practitioners. Have always been treated successfully and I am always impressed at how well they all know ‘you’ when treating - as they pass notes on to each other. Making appointments easy. As you can book in to see anyone, and they know your history straight away.

The staff are so nice, very helpful and caring. The reformers they use is top of the range, and very well maintained. I have been going there for years, and their new premises is extremely nice. There is a disabled park out the front, and a large central carpark out the back which is accessible via an alleyway a few doors up from Gen Health. There is a range of different services located within the business, such as physio, podiatry, exercise physiology and more!

Jess is incredible patient, passionate and thorough - all things that i want my physio to be! She has put many hours of time and effort into perfecting her craft and is incredibly enthusiastic about womens health and bringing this particular much needed service to the region. The Gen Health team are committed to regional health and giving back to the South West community.

I cannot recommend Gen Health highly enough! Their beautiful clinic is the perfect space to get you back to your best active self. I was looked after by Steph for a chronic ankle issue and can't thank her enough for getting me back to netball and regular running. The clinic oozes care and local spirit and is a special part of the Hamilton and District community. I won't hesitate in coming back or recommending my friends and family to go there. 5 Stars!
