I had to lie just to get a dodgy repair!!!!Do not shop here!!!!Would like to leave an honest and up to date review of my dealings with Geoff and Paul at sleep Rite Malaga! After a number of issues with an item I did choose to purchase. The issues initial came from me not doing my part as a customer!Since my purchase there have been a few faults that have come up. However what was offered to me to rectify these issues even, despite of consumer and item fault can't be agreed on!I am however grateful that they are willing to help have these problems fixed, at what I can only say to be a reasonable price!I definitely would recommend this store and would also shops their again!Geoff and Paul thank you for putting up with me I do appreciate it!

I was fooled into thinking I had quality furniture. It was appalling quality. Would not buy from them again.

I am more than satisfied with the quality of my purchases. As an aged pensioner having everything delivered and assembled for $50 was an added bonus.I would highly recommend Sleeprite and will be a returning customer.I am a cautious shopper and prefer old fashioned service when making purchases. The staff at Sleeprite certainly know their products and definitely know how to treat their customers. These qualities was something I found lacking while shopping around for furniture in Malaga.The delivery process was quick and painless, and most importantly, they left no mess.10 out of 10

If I could give this store less than one star I would , they refused to help me load my queen size bed frame with mattress which cost over 2000 with my pregnant wife in the car and my ankle strapped . After asking to speak with the manager he commented I stood there like ( I quote ) a stale bottle of piss , this is after I had already loaded most of the other items myself it was only the frame we needed a hand with . I had to fully restrain myself from breaking my hand off into his face and setting him on fire . The same day I went to harvey Norman to buy a fridge and they insisted I not even try to help them for insurance purposes . Big difference in customer service .

Third time buying mattress from them and no regrets, great services from Paul C., full knowledge and was able to answer all our doubts making the buy easier.
