Things were all good up until the delivery of the appliance.The one who came to deliver the microwave oven to my place, removed the old one and put it on the floor (this was something that the delivery person was supposed to take it with them based on the agreed terms), tried to fit the new one into the place dedicated, found that he was not able to, then suddenly left the place bare hand stating that he will bring his driver in because the driver is more experienced.I kept waiting for them to come back for the following one hour, giving them a call a few times to find out what's happening, all my calls went unanswered and no one ever returned to pick up the old one.When I called Whitfords to report this, the one who answered my call shrugged and said, he has no control as the driver wasn't his driver which I don't know what it means.The agreement got violated, by not taking the old one with them (it's a massive microwave oven, not easy to discard), the person delivered so unprofessional to lie, vanish and never to be back and Whitfords didn't want to do anything about it not even an apology.There are unpleasant experiences when it comes to the service & delivery and this was of that category.

Not happy paid big $ to have missing cassette draw liquid insert not there .rang no response Second washer purchased with nothing done about it still.Otherwise everything else perfect.

Thank you Whitfords. We had a stressful first attempt at a fridge delivery, however the response from Whitfords was quite simply amazing from a customer service perspective. They didn’t hesitate to lock in a new delivery time at no cost and the head of Whitfords plus the head of their warehouse joined the delivery run to ensure everything went smoothly. This is a great example of best in class customer service, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Whitfords.

We purchased a $3500 LG Fridge.Informed Whitfords of our requirements when moving the fridge into our home.Sent photos and communicated that we lived in a double story home. Which required moving our fridge up the stairs.Whitfords contracted the job to a company who dispatched two young gentlemen out that were unable to lift the fridge up the stairs.After chasing this up with Whitfords we were then chasing it up with the “Manager” of the two gentlemen. Who essential stated to my husband “hey hey hey it doesn’t work like that buddy, you sending out photos to Whitfords doesn’t mean &&&& champ”Whitfords Thankyou for servicing us for this negative and distasteful experience.We look forward to you collecting the fridge.

Rude and unhelpful. There's no chance we recommend this shop to anyone seeking proper and professional services.Went in to inquire about a washer and a dryer we found on their website, which did not show they were not available. We were met with a rude mid-aged man without greeting after we walked around the store for a while.Told him we were looking for the machines we saw on the website. He just rudely said the website would not have shown they were available.Asked him if he would recommend any other option. He just coldly said nothing was available.He provided no apologies, nor any help. We were not feeling welcome at all. We felt his cold, condescending attitude was disgusting, so we just left.Then immediately we went to Bing Lee in the city and placed an order for the exact same models we were looking for without any hassles.What an abysmal and unwelcoming business this Designer Appliances is. We wanted our time to go there. Never will we go there again.

I have visited Whitfords a number of times, and each time I visit I am met with exceptional customer service, friendly faces and very informative answers to all my questions.The team clearly enjoy what they are doing and always offer the best knowledge, skills and expertise in premium appliances. I will definitely be telling all my friends and I will always return to Whitfords time and time again!

We use Whitfords regulary to buy and deliver appliances. From the guy (Hilton) in the office to delivery people, service is first class, pleasant and professional.

Recently purchased a number of items for our new kitchen from Whitfords. From the moment we stepped into the store at Stanmore the service has been exceptional. Professional and knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions with confidence. The final price for our goods was extremely competitive and no supply issues either. A very big thank you to Doug.
