Taylor made drum tuition

Hi guys, it´s Peter from Germany. During my fourth trip to Australia in Jan 2020, I took some fantastic drum lessons with Taylor. I found his drum studio via internet and made first contact via emaill to arrange a series of fantastic lessons. As a student, keep things simple – that was one of our sayings. I need to develop my technical capabilities further, that is for shure. Along the way, there are many ways hitting a drum head with a drum stick. Those ways depend on what kind of emotions you put in. Building a solid foundation and being reminded of the basics of drumming to find a way to the next level – that was where I was picked up effortlessly. Well structured, easy to follow and technically demonstrated according to my actual level. Great fun ! Just like my terriffic drum lessons in Germany with Tomy B. Taylor is a master drummer with excellent teaching skills. He has a lot of tools to help you learn or improve any drumming skill, and the experience needed to know what works and what doesn't for your particular situation. He enjoys music of many different styles, as well as the technical aspects of drumming: in our classes we've gone from playing samba to punk rock to power metal, all the way to analysing the best ways of practicing singles, doubles, and double pedals. Whether you're looking for a more relaxed learning experience or a full on study of the fundamentals, Taylor is your guy.

During my 12 years learning under Taylor, he was so much more than just a drum teacher to me. He instilled in me a love for learning that extends far beyond the kit and helped me develop a wide range of skills both related to drumming and to life in general. Taylor played a major role during my formative years and I couldn’t have asked for a better role model to look up to growing up. With Taylor, you will have a ball learning from a highly skilled and passionate drummer with endless patience and encouragement.

Its in the name! Taylor doesn't use a cookie cutter style of tuition, he figures out what draws his students to the drum kit and puts together a lesson plan accordingly. My lessons have always kept me on my toes by consistently teaching me things that are outside my comfort zone and does that so well that on numerous occasions I thought the material was well beyond me only to find Taylor knew exactly what i was capable of, even more than I did! Absolutely great individual as well, very likeable and a treat to be around.

My 6 year old son has been having weekly lessons for months. Taylor is a brilliant teacher who makes the classes fun and exciting. My son looks forward to his lessons every week and speaks highly of Taylor and how brilliantly he plays. Thank you Taylor for being so patient, friendly and teaching Leo to play his favourite song. He is so proud of himself and so are we.

I’ve always has passion for drums and started drumming with Taylor 3 years ago he is so humble ,amazing teacher ,very technical and very patient .i would recommend his to anyone who is serious about playing drums .such a great human and he always goes out of his way for his students .I would give him 10 stars ⭐️ Thank you taylor for everything you have done for me .

Taylor is an engaging drums teacher, who keeps our teenager motivated and loving his lessons. This is even more exceptional when you factor in that for 3 years he has taught my son online as we live in rural Victoria. Taylor was ahead of the game on online teaching, and it has enabled my son to continue his drum lessons, even though we live nowhere near a drum teacher.Taylor is an exceptional teacher who goes above and beyond to give his students the best possible opportunity to learn.
