I came to Northpoint dental on a whim as I needed to find a new dentist after some concerns with my previous clinic.Dr Ana has been extremely professional, polite and friendly and immediately addressed what I wanted. I simply said I want the gaps in my teeth fixed and my wisdom teeth out, and she came back with several options for cosmetics, in which we settled on ClearCorrect, and a referral to an oral surgeon for the wisdom teeth. All of the staff here have been fantastic and after about a year of coming here (regularly because of the aligners) I have zero complaints.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing solutions. I had to have a tooth extracted and they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on.

Not great customer service. Also, their reaction to honest comments is very unprofessional. I had actually an appointment made by my wife, but we canceled it after it was made clear that this is not a practice that respects patients. They do NOT accommodate for patients' rational requests & reply with spin not scientific evidence. SO DISAPPOINTED.

After reading the great reviews I thought I’d make an appointment with these guys and I’m so glad I did! Absolutely pain free tooth extraction. Ana was so kind. The best service ever! I will be back and will be telling everyone I know about my great experience. Thanks Northpoint dental!

Having just moved to Toowoomba, I was looking for a new dentist. The staff at North Point Dental were so kind, thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand and didn't feel overwhelmed by. Dr Anahita was amazing and made everything easy and hassle free. You can just tell she is there for her patient's health and I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I'm so pleased to have found my new dentist!
