Garden Master

I would highly recommend garden master. I had a problem with my septic system last Sunday and had family over for the long weekend.Our normal septic company did not even answer the phone. Not only did garden master answer the phone. A technician was at our property within the hour and resolved all of our problems.We have since changed servicing to garden master and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I can not recommend Garden Master any more highly!Their management of our existing system is fantastic and Troy has gone above and beyond with respect to our application for additional system for our new build!He is knowledgeable across all local council’s individual requirements, and will ensure his application is exactly what they are seeking.If you need a new septic system definitely go and see Garden Master!

Very unhappy with the people who works here. We are new in town and hired them to do maintenance on the septic tank. Unkind and disrespectful in every occasion we have tried to engaged them. Definitely I do not recommend them. The lady uses rude words over the phone while I’m trying to explain an issue. Very frustrating I wish to contact the proper person who has some customer care experience.

I don’t normally write bad reviews but given the poor service given by Gardenmaster would certainly not recommend them.We ordered and paid for supply of septic tank in November 2022. Delivery was scheduled for 1 December. Two days before expected delivery, received a call from one of the office girls to say delivery had been cancelled and was re-scheduled for Tuesday 12 December. As we had to organise digging the hole, we called on the Friday before and received confirmation that delivery would take place on Tuesday and they would call us on Monday with a delivery time. We arranged the excavator company to dig the hole on the Monday, and by 4.30, as we had heard nothing, called Gardenmaster, only to be told – sorry can’t deliver tomorrow …. delivery will only be some time in the New Year. Been calling and emailing since beginning of year to obtain delivery date and the office girls say they are unable to give a delivery date. Called Troy and was told he could not even give a delivery date till some time in February. We have a modular home being delivered next week with a great big gaping hole in the front of the block with mounds of soil for the backfill. Gardenmaster couldn’t care less as this is our problem. If you are planning on supply of a septic tank don’t rely on Gardenmaster unless you are prepared to put up with frustration.

Highly recommend Garden Master at Rutherford. Troy and his team are extremely helpful and communication and customer service is top on their priority. A lot of other companies say they will call you back, or they are going to do something and they never do. However, Troy was on the ball and always called back and actioned what he said he would do. Even going over and above to help us through some council issues. Pricing was the best around and we have recommended to many others building in the estate we are building in, to go and see Troy and his team. They will not be disappointed!!

If anyone is in the market for a new Aerated waste water system i wouldn't go anywhere else but Garden master.Not only is the product itself fabulous but you can see that the time and effort has gone into the system making sure it works great.the service techs seem to know what they are doing and gave me a run through of the system and if i ever have any questions which i definitely do regarding the products that go into the system the office staff are incredibly helpful and so easy to talk to unlike other office environments that try to get you off the phone quickly.i will continue to get my system serviced by these guys, they do a great job!

Absolutely horrible experience the sales/service manager was abrupt and rude .We were told by them that we needed this service and the tank fixed after a call out to which was not true as their technician falsely evaluated the tank and quoted $3000 for a product/service that was not needed. We were told by law it needed to be fixed and we could get a fine if we didn't once again not true. This caused unnecessary stress for both myself and my partner to come up with $3000 dollars for something we didn't need.When I spoke to the sales manager I was told it was a septic system however if the technician had done a proper inspection on the first call out they would of found it was decommissioned and this service/product was never required nor needed.They also took money from our credit card without approval and did not tell us they were taking it. When I rang them about this the sales manager was rude and pushy. On doing research I found out we were on sewerage and the tank was decommissioned in 2012 when the previous owners stopped the servicing by garden master. I rang them back an advised them they had mislead us and told us incorrect information and to come an tale the pump that they had put in that wasn't needed we were then charged for labour when the servicing was never needed as THEY had told us we needed something that we didn't.When I called to get this invoice credited I was spoken to rudely by the sales manager and when I asked to speak to someone else I was told there was no one..not very professional and everytime I have had to deal with them was not a good experience.

We recently had a Septic Tank and System installed on our property.We had no experience in this, having never had to have one before as this is our first 'Rural' property.We decided to go with 'Garden Master' because we found that they we a Family owned, operated and run business, their pricing was more than competitive and Troy Speed was very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and we feel cared enough to go above and beyond what was necessary.The team kept us informed and guided us throughout the entire (to us complicated) process making it stress free for us and giving us full confidence in our (as it turned out) correct decision, even to point handling all of the Council requirements.Therefore we completely recommend Garden Master to anyone that needs a Septic Tank and system as we are more than happy with our choice and we look forward to dealing with them for any of our service needs in the future as we have every confidence in their ongoing support,
