Always friendly and professional service. Our pool was serviced by these guys for the last 10 years.

Dont do it. They came and serviced my pool but didn't have all the chemicals so they came back the next day but charged me twice for a pool service. Not happy.

I have been passed to a debt collector by this outfit and I have never received anything from them. The guy who runs it is a crook as far as I am concerned. Be careful!

Our pool filter system packed it in 2 days before Xmas. Despite the holidays, WetSpot had us covered and we got to swim all through the holidays. Really appreciate the guys coming out during the break to make sure everything was cool. I dont know many businesses in any industry that would do that for their customers.

Worst pool company in townsville.... rude boss Gary, talks about inappropriate things, bills were behind constantly and didn't make sense. Over chargedNot an enjoyable experience..

Not sure how these guys have 4 star rating. Came over to look at our system before recommending regular service etc. Did nothing else. We were charged for it plus chemicals we did not buy. But we were not even sent a bill as he didn't take down our address or email address. Ridiculous. Much better places in TSV. Save ur time and money.

The staff at Wet Spot are very friendly, helpful and their advice is always accurate and helpful. We couldn't be more thankful for their on going service.

Tried to get Gary's help on the pool last year. He came over and did not do anything. He pushed hard for regular service and said nothing about how to resolve our issue. I ended up signing up for regular service, because he made it sound so difficult to manage. After signing up, we never heard from him again. Gary never contacted us about the regular service that we signed up.Fast forward one year, I received notification from debt collectors, saying that I owe WETSPOT money. It turned out that I was charged for the visit he made one year ago for $108. I received no emails because he didn't have my email on file. I received no letters or invoice, even though he has my address.It was really poor form, to be contacted by debt collectors when the business owner didn't bother to contact you himself. The bill was also a surprise given the lack of work put in. He didn't even contact us about the regular service we signed up to.Gary is a nice chap but he is so disorganised. We took our business elsewhere where we would be more valued. With the other business' help, we manage our own pool now without the need for regular service.Would not recommend, unless you like debt collectors on your back for a bill you did not know about. Would recommend if you like regular pool service that don't exist.

Gary Hansen comes across as a nice enough bloke, he just ended up being a complete Nightmare to deal with. Zero communication and very unprofessional. I’d consider somewhere else for your pool and spa needs. He seems to have left himself a nice review of his own company too, weird.
