Waterfront Holiday Park

We would recommend this place to any travellers. Management and staff are friendly and come around and introduce themselves. Amenities are modern and very clean. It is a good place to stay as it is central to a lot of places to visit.

We loved our time at Tailem Bend Waterfront Holiday Park!! Our huge Villa overlooking the river was amazing, beautifully styled with attention to detail, all the mod cons, very large comfy beds too. Kids had a ball on the grassy area with all the lawn games you can borrow from the camp kitchen. Staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. Thanks for having us!

We stayed one night in a tent. Great grassed area, plenty of space. Hotel quality ammenities. Friendly staff. Night-time was quite noisy because of trucks on adjacent highway. Beautiful view of sunset over river.

What an incredible park! We stayed here a total of 3 nights both heading to & home from the Yorke Peninsula! Sites were very large & grassy & easy to access!The park was very, very clean & tidy & the amenities were the nicest & cleanest I’ve ever seen!Communication was incredible! A text the day before & the morning of our stay welcoming us & confirming our check in! I was originally a bit daunted by the contactless check in but honestly it was so so easy & actually a much easier process! It’s straight forward & the park is so well signed you can’t get stuck!Road noise from the highway was minimal- i didn’t hear it at all! The place is well fenced & very secure!Cathy & Evan could not have been more accommodating & welcoming! From booking in, our stay to our arrival, they were fantastic! And Cathy was incredible with our young daughter letting her feed the fish!You will find Cathy & Evan walking around the park engaging with everyone! So incredibly friendly & easy going! Nothing was a bother! Felt like we had known them forever!This place will definitely be our go to on our travels when we pass through! We will be back!

My family and I recently camped at this caravan park. The park is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous views, green grass, outdoor bbq areas and the flashiest cleanest bathrooms / toilets. The owners were so friendly, they went out their way to make us feel welcome.Another bonus is pets are allowed, our fur babies loved it too.Highly recommended!

Lovely caravan park on the main highway. Easy self check in, clean modern amenities and well maintained park with helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.

Reserved a powered site which had views over the Murray River, stunning, especially at sunset.Was nervous about the condition of the park due to previous reviews under old owners. Be reassured the park has been upgraded and is terrific. Bathrooms have been painted and amenities upgraded with large showers with rainfall showerheads, new toilets and basins. Gardens have been refreshed and the check in system is now automated which allows entry at out of hours times and is easy to negotiate. Overall a fabulous upgrade and a great place to stay.Thanks, will return.

So nice to stay at a park with large grassed sites and owners/managers are very welcoming and committed to revamping the park. Modern, secure, easy check in facilities. Very clean park located on the Murray River and shady advanced trees also. A lovely new amenities block and so nice to have a good pressured shower. Located on the Princes Highway and beside a service station also for any items that you may need.

Just finished a great week at this wonderful revamped park,, large grassy shaded sites set amongst beautiful gardens along with sites with magnificent views of the magnificent Murray. State of the art booking in kiosk makes checking in and paying easy. Five star amenities, camp kitchens and BBQ areas make this park a great place to stop and relax for a few days. Evan and Cathy are wonderful hosts making sure they meet everyone one visiting the caravan park.. Very pet friendly..
