STAS did the repairs and repaint of my car. The quote was timely and competitive, the process well explained and the work completed to a high standard. I have been asked a number of times now if my 2016 79 series is new because of the quality work done. Special thanks to Shayne for being the go to person and his great communication throughout. Got the car back cleaner than it went in and earlier than expected. Yay!However, I'm puzzled how my fuel consumption went from 5.8 to 6.3 when the car was driven 700m in the time the shop had it. No problem with the 700m, just the fuel consumption for that. The radio station was changed and air con had been turned on. All repair work was on the rear bumper. If a check was required after reattaching the battery, surely you'd turn it on, yep it works, turn it off again.Smash repair work appears to be done well. The work done was explained before I picked the car up, and I have no idea of cost of repairs as it was covered by insurance. Would have been interested to find out.

10/10 service. Someone hit my car and I was so upset. My cute BMW was RUINED! Lucky for insurance they helped organise an appointment with STA for an inspection. At the appointment reception staff were very friendly and efficient. I was introduced to Jared who did an assessment and reassured me that he would help fix my car! Jared was extremely professional, calm and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions as I have never been through the process before. He gave me full confidence. On the day of my repairs the team help organise a taxi to take me to hire car service where my insurance paid for a hire car for 1.5 weeks. When my car was ready for pick up I was so excited. I was told it would take approx 7 days but it ended up being around 9days. The team informed me of every step via sms or phone call. I didn’t mind the delay… I knew Jared and the team were doing the best to make my car perfect again. When it was time to pick my car up again they help arrange a free taxi last minute. I have a hectic schedule and they really helped me out. Receptionist extremely accomodating. I finally get my car and it’s perfect. Jared thanks so much mate awesome job. Thanks team. I had an excellent experience with STA Smash Repairs. Everyone from the staff on the front desk to those who examined and then repaired the damages to my car were very helpful, listened attentively, gave information carefully and precisely, and fully focussed on me as the customer. They went out of their way to do their best to make sure that the repairs were done at the first opportunity and they did a first rate job. I highly recommend them!

This was a good experience the people here are efficient, friendly and helpful. My car repairs were well done and my car returned to me within the time given, the car was also cleaned and looked new, very happy.

They did a great job on the front of my car after being in a small accident. It came back like new, customer service was great as well. Would highly recommend.
