I recently had the pleasure of dealing with James. It was so simple and easy. He was highly responsive, actioned quickly and made me feel valued as a customer. Can not speak highly enough of the service I received. Will definitely use them again.

I would have given a 5 star + rating if not for the terrible experience of my last service on Tuesday (22/9/20). I had a shock when I saw the car after the service. The car wasn't washed at all. They must have just sprayed high power water and wiped - even the basic spots such as headlights and side mirrors were not touched (I have attached photos of the Lexus Logo and side mirror). The internal cleaning was bare minimum. It makes me doubt the quality of the service given to my vehicle as a whole. I did send a feedback privately and no one has contacted me for the past three days. I have been with Lexus for the past 3 years and this is the only worst experience I have had.I hope the management takes these reviews seriously and take remedial action.

Well Lexus of Newcastle has lost their point of difference. I’ve been a big fan of the caring and friendly service that once stood them apart from their competitors. But now unfortunately they too have lost that personal touch. My past services over the last year has shown me that it’s not just a one of occasion. The last and I do mean the last I won’t be back and I definitely will not be buying my next car there. The service was nothing short of horrendous. Upon entering the service area you immediately feel like you will be dictated to. Definitely no warm welcome now. Spoken to like you are not important just them the two young man behind the counter. Look like lawyers more so than a friendly service area.Spent over $1,500 for my car service. They had the car from 7:45am till 3pm. Call me at 2:40pm to tell me my car is ready. I turn up at 3pm Was told the paperwork was not ready please wait while we prepare it. Have one of the so called service workers come out and proceed to direct me to a lounge area to talk about what was done. Tried then to process my payment. To no avail. Then say we need to move towards the front doors so the eftpos machine can work. Then he walked me to my car and upon entering my car the following condition was in a worse shape then when I left it with them. The mechanic cover was still on my seat. Glovebox wide open. Service book on my passenger seat. Car not cleaned or washed. What was truly a fun and enjoyable place to take my car and support the team that sold me my car. I will not be returning. Lexus Newcastle just a shadow of its former self. Shame !!!!
