i really enjoy my visit here because of my makeup done by the attendant Huma zafar who does my make-up so professionally. She never fails to surprise me with how beautiful she does my makeup and is very hygienic and make sure to do it in a clean environment. would recommend humza zafar for any customer who wants a well done job!

Went in and the girl was on her phone gossiping . This is soooooooooooooo disrespectful and unprofessional not even acknowledge us . Wednesday 12:06 22nd Feb parramatta. I’m still here waiting to be served lol

If I could rate the staff here less than one star I most definitely would. I've been a Napoleon wearer since the very beginning, and recently (yesterday) I visited the store to get some help with choosing a new foundation as my one was discontinued. Whilst explaining the situation, one staff was chewing gum mouth open like a cow letting me know that she doesn't know the colour I'm after, so instead of doing her best to help me she answers a ringing phone while I was still talking to her whilst the other staff was 'too busy' tidying up a drawer!!. I have never experienced such disgusting service, if you can call it that. Its staff like this that ruins a business and I'm sure Napoleon would be livid with these two representing his brand regardless of what is going on right now. Good luck trying to get help from these two lazy people.

Maha did an amazing job for my big day. While at it, she educated me on how to apply different products. Great service through and through.

I could not recommend Napoleon in Parramatta Westfield highly enough. I always receive such a warm welcome and feel so pampered each time I get my make up done. Huma in particular is a very talented make up artist - she is also so friendly and attentive. I’ve been lucky to have her for my make up sessions multiple times now just over the last 2 months and she always goes above and beyond to give me the glam look that I’m after.

Love coming here to have my make up done! Brenda always does the most beautiful job doing my make up. I needed my make up done last minute for a Christmas party last year and she could see I was upset as my appointment elsewhere was cancelled.. She was able to fit me in and make me look stunning! Highly recommend this place!

The store has been really turned around from the last time I went there. The new manager and the overall team is so helpful and talented. The vibe is just awesome. I was so happy by my makeup and it lasted till late at night.

Stephanie the manager at NP Parramatta was great ! I gave her the colour scheme for my Baby shower outfit and left the rest to her. I had so many comments how stunning it was and asking who had done my makeup. I will definitely return for my next event. And it’s always such great value where you’re able to redeem the value for their amazing products.
