Had my son in at Gosford hospital for emergency hand surgery (lives in Newcastle)Only filled half the script and kept the whole script with repeats.Then tried to fill the last part of the script for a two year old back home I Newcastle to be advised that we would need to go all the way back to Gosford hospital to get the script re done (3hrs round trip.Thats for putting my my 2year olds sons health at risk because of your poorly trained staff not completing the full script as per doc instructions and keeping a script not filled and not returned

I went to this place after a few days of having dental surgery in Sydney, having 4 wisdom teeth extracted I was noticeably very swollen and had difficulty speaking due to the pain. Now instead of returning to Sydney to pick up a script from my dentist over an hour away I came to this busnisss and was treated so poorly I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star rating. The customer service I received from a few staff remembers including the head pharmacist was disgusting and poor to say the last. I came to ask for over the counter alternatives to Panadol at this place, instead I received no legitimate help or advice and was given false information - I was told to have 1gram of Paracetamol every 4 hours !!! Never going to this place again, I'd say you'd waste your time and open yourself to having conversations whom generally do not care or have service abilities. Very rude and egotistical staff attempting to belittle a customers intelligence upon questioning their false information of SAFE panadol use ! Being a registered nurse I'm well informed about safe practice and this place lacks it beyond belief !

Possibly the slowest chemist on the Peninsula. Over-staffed and under-serviced. Staff not covering nose with facemasks; can feel crowded inside. What else... *this is honest feedback based on multiple visits over several years* ... When staff ask if you'll stay or come back for your prescription, always say Wait. They will not proactively call you when ready, they will not rush anything. Consider dropping off scripts the day before. There's plenty of (new/changing) staff at any one point, but they can't seem to fill scripts in a reasonable timeframe. They do not respond to feedback in store. Worse: we've had two instances of expired medicines being dispensed to us. CHECK your MEDS before leaving.

I have been a customer of Lance Clarke's Pharmacy for over 20 years. I have always found the staff to be courteous and most helpful. I have also found Lance Clarke to be very accommodating and very professional. Never have I witnessed him being rude. I would never go to any other pharmacy unless there was no choice. I give Lance Clarke 5 stars.

I agree with RINO B absolutely hopeless. Every time we get scripts there is always a issue. Either a script has run out or the incorrect meds given. I refuse to go back this year. Staff are to young and have no idea what they are doing. Except talking about their weekend. I also have had times where they can't find a script I left 10 minutes before I even direct them to check as it may be in the fridge. 15 minutes of searching it's so frustrating, guess where the script was? Yes you got it in the FRIDGE!!!!!Ferrer.

Went to priceline chemist prior to visiting Clarke's Amcal. At the Priceline pharmacy prices incorrectly marked and when told, staff just brushed it off, manager was rude and took price off the shelf and said highest price was correct, take it or leave it. Who cares right? That's ok. I left it. Went to the Amcal at deepwater plaza. I knew they had the same product. Prices incorrectly marked on same product. Coincidence or fate. Pointed out price difference, two staff got it sorted, scanned shelf barcode, cheaper than price marked as it was listed for an upcoming sale. Charged me lowest (sale) price and said sorry and thanks for pointing it out. I don't know about you but in a world where I feel like some businesses don't care about customer service anymore I'm giving my business to a company that has me walking out the door feeling good about my experience. Thanks to the two lovely ladies who put a little effort in and gave me a big grin.

I have been too this pharmacy a few times now and each time I have spoken to Simone and she is extremely rude. You talk to her and she cuts you off mid sentence, she never lets you speak or explain things, nor does she listen to what you have to say. I would never go to this pharmacy ever again due to the constant rudeness from this girl. She talks down to you as if she is better then you and I was talking to her this morning on the phone trying to explain something to her and she just hung up on me mid sentence. Worst pharmacy ever I have dealt with!!!!

I always get treated with respect by the very friendly and helpful staff.
