I made an order in June . Was sent an email saying package was delivered. Totally forgot about my order ..thinking yes it will come. I finally got around to calling Azpak asking about my order .I was greeted my a wonderful person who advised that do much time had passed since the order had the status of delivered. She informed me that she would resend my order ...no questions asked . I can not thank you for doing that . This is totally awesome customer service .

Fantastic ordering experience, and awesome customer service.I love that I can save my frequently ordered supplies to a list online, and just reorder the same things whenever I need them! I makes life much easier, meaning reordering supplies is less of an ordeal, so I am happy to do it more frequently, which in turn, means I don't have to place HUGE orders and store boxes of spare supplies everywhere! I just order what I need, as I need it :-)We're so happy to have found this company to do business with.
