What happened is unbelievable!, Literally i couldn't believe that a $350 bag get damaged in 13 months (10 months in VIC lockdown) and when I went to the shop where I bought it from they told me its out of warranty and provide a list of repairers was on the front desk already, so the 1st thing came to my mind that many customers got the same issue and thats why a list of repairers in all states were readyon desk.Will prefer to get D&G or Guess which is much cheaper and last forever.Look at the photosDont waste your time and money there

Always used to love Furla the staff were helpful and friendly however, purchased a item as a gift and was not told that I would not be able to return it if they didn’t like it. Went into the store for a refund however told I could only exchange asked for a store credit initially told it would only last 30 days which didn’t seem right. Then was going to purchase a bag as an exchange however requested a store credit instead, which I then asked the retail assistant to check how long it is valid for which is actually 3 years.Staff training needs to be looked at here. Also felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking to look at too many bags.Return policy was not displayed and has changed since the last time I purchased.

Had a wonderfully positive experience at the Furla Doncaster store yesterday. Shirley was extremely helpful and assisted me greatly in choosing the correct bag. I was umming and ahhing for ages and she was professional, happy & patient with me the whole time. I'm very pleased with my purchase and experience with Shirley's help and have no hesitation in recommending Shirley & Furla Doncaster to other customers! Sincerely, a very happy customer ☺️

Since it was open it closes again not sure why , sent a contact request on furla website with no reply at all .. called no answer with no message to inform customers when it will reopen .. what’s the point of this store ?I live next to it .. got a gift and willing to exchange .. !!!

Furla USED to be all made in Italy. Now it’s all made in China. Which explains why the quality has dropped.
