I wanted better performance out of my Skoda Octavia RS hence visited Terry's workshop without expectation after chatting with him first. After the recommended APR Stage2+ tune the car just comes alive and it finally takes advantage of all the mod gears, now i can enjoy the car much more. Service is great and Terry is very helpful.

I took my car in without an appointment as some emergency lights came on. They were busy couldnt offer me a hire car immediately but I had a hire car the next day and for the rest of the week while they looked over my car and fixed the issues identified. Since then it's been running the best it has been in years. They were friendly, and followed up with a call a few weeks later to make sure the car was running all right. I had a general sense of dealing with honest decent mechanics which is a rare and valuable commodity. Will be doing all future servicing through them and highly recommend to other VW/Audi owners..

My mechanics of choice! (having been to a few)So far I've been here for a service, suspension work, body work, repairs and an APR tune. Terry and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. Straightforward VW Golf logbook service/tyres/wipers but everything was done smoothly and quickly. Honest and transparent with all costs involved. Easily have saved $200-300 compared with the dealer. Strongly recommend and will be returning.

Terry didn't know me from a bar of soap when my GTI broke down around the corner from him recently. I'm not from the area. Over the phone he said it'd probably take a few days to look at, given existing work - fair enough!After limping the car into his driveway, they realised it may just be a failed coilpack and looked at it on the spot. Threw in a replacement, got me out of there soon after. Terry even offered to Uber in some more that afternoon to replace the other 3 if I wanted. Also saved me the long Uber home!If I lived in the area I'd definitely be back, great service from Terry and his team. Thanks guys.

Great experience!! rapid and professional service, did a major service on my car, and a fantastic job overall. Terry and team were clear on what was going to be done from the outset, provided a quote within hours of dropping the car off and inspecting it, and got the job done quickly. These guys have done an amazing job on my Volkswagen’s, Terry and team have been servicing my Passat and Eos for over 8years, they are a VAG specialist with out the dealer premium, also an APR dealer, highly recommend.

The customer service was amazing! They found out what was wrong with my car and I’m going to go back to them to get those things fixed too. Which is a big deal as my last mechanic could not tell me what was wrong when something was clearly wrong. Anyways these guys are great!
