The people at Carrington Health are helpful friendly and kind.They treat me with respect and take in to concentrate my needs. I would recommend this service to anyone out there who is looking for help in regards to to themselves. Just give them a call.

As someone who has worked in reception, I think you need to re-evaluate your reception staff as they're the face of the company. I’ve dealt with them in person once and was shocked to see how one mature lady treated people ( like the were cattle) yelling at them and talking down, not to mention was very rude to me but I rode that off.. when I saw the way she treated the elderly I had to bite my tongue. I just can’t understand how someone can be so mean and bitter with people. It doesn’t hurt to be kind and compassionate lady. Sadly Another 2 times I’ve called, the receptionist was very rude, it’s like the older mean one has taught them that it’s ok to treat patients like this. Honestly, In my 33 years I’ve never witnessed such catty insensitive rude behaviour in business. It’s never ok to treat people the way I’ve seen people being treated by that lady.

Went in to get a cavity filled, the dentist did not care to fix it properly, did a rushed job and put in a temporary filling and told me to come back another time, it may need a route canal, the most painful dental experience ever. The next appointment was a months wait, when i went in the next dentist said, its just a filling, so she put a permanent filling in, when she finished she told me that at the base of the tooth there is a hairline crack and that i would feel pain when eating hard foods like peanuts, i just wanted to get out of there, very painful experience again and confused to what i was told. Now i have permanent pain whenever i eat, they left me with a cracked tooth and permanent pain, when i rang again and spoke to the receptionist, she just said come in and they will probably just extract it. The receptionists there are very, very rude. No way, a simple filling turned into 2 appointments, a lot of pain, many injections, my tooth drilled 2 times and never fixed properly and now i have to live in pain or lose my tooth, i will never go back there, how can qualified dentists leave someone with a cracked tooth not once but twice, horrible place, horrible dentists probably with fake qualifications and horrible rude and arrogant receptionists, the place should be closed down, I felt very depressed after the experience there, bad place.

The instruction at the reception is very unclear. Being told to wait in different lines every time, and I do not even think it is an issue that need to be addressed by the reception lady loudly. Other than this, the dentist team are very friendly and helpful.

The dentists are really nice and good, but two of the receptionists are too rude! I had an appointment a while ago, got there 20mins late and they charged me 10$ to give me a second appointment, today I went in 15mins early for my X-ray appointment and they said the radiographer just went home and I have to get another appointment for another day!!!! They didn't even bothered themselves to give me a call and tell me about the cancellation before I go there, and didn't even apologise for wasting my time today!!!

I came in last week to go to dentist. Before sitting down in the waiting room I was told to put on a mask. Both ladies at reception didn't have one on most of others walking in and out of reception area no masks most of people in waiting room didn't either. Most of the workers walking in from breaks didn't have a mask on. The workers coming out to call patients don't have masks on. People taking up their forms to reception no masks. Get into dentist and the main dentist lady walking around with no mask. Watching other people come in with no mask on but nothing said to them I don't know why I was only targeted to wear a mask

In the last 2 weeks I have been treated by a student dentist named Wen. I must say that she was such a pleasant young lady, with an excellent chair-side manner. She was also very thorough in her examination and treatment. I must also say the staff at reception have been very welcoming and professional in their approach, especially considering the variety of situations they must handle at the counter.

Had to wait an hour while the dentist had lunch, made me pay and for the third time and 3rd tooth was told she can't do a filling and takes off the wrong sharp bit, tells me we don't do much here, only really bad emergencies.what a scrappy dentists . Now I have 13 teeth and 3 half teeth, no money, no job,can't eat much and she tells me to go private for fillings, I going to chew my wrist out, I can't though because of my teeth.

Terrible patient care and service. Called to make an appointment with the dentist for my little one and was told I need to pay a $40 deposit to secure an appointment as I couldn't come to the last one (an appointment I called and cancelled for as my son had a fever).Or would the clinic rather me have brought my feverish child to the clinic and infect everyone?Immediately made an appointment at an alternative paediatric dentist.Appalling patient treatment.
