Jacki at front desk great customer service. I was served by a part owner of the business today who told me “not to come back”. I wanted to shop local, but he wouldn’t match a price I had that was $10 cheaper on a $400 vac cleaner and he threw a set of brushes for a powerhead in disgust that he’d specially ordered for me when I said I didn’t want them coz they were the wrong ones. They landed next to the receptionist who was totally embarrassed by his rant. I walked out of this shop with my $800 spend back in my purse. I will never recommend or step foot back into this disgraceful business. Sorry Jacki & David, you both deserve a medal for working with this most unpleasant person. Oh Daniel, I think you’ve got a bit of explaining to do to your parents who have their money invested into this business. Make sure you tell them that you’re telling customers “ don’t come back”. You acted like a spoilt little brat yesterday. Shame on you

The customer service was appalling by the front staff. They need a good lesson in customer service.
