Complete scammers, spent 2 days on my computer, weren't able to fix my problem and offered to install Trend Micro pro instead total costing $199. They uninstalled my current antivirus (free version) while they thought I was not watching. They also only installed trend micro basic net security costing them $30 NOT PRO. On top of this they have given my trend serial number to someone else who is using it on their computer. Avoid this company, very dodgy.

This business is a scram thought they were Trend Micro! ringing me up to update my account before its due , than telling me my drivers were 60% corrupted!!! Defencebyte and other programs are not updating basically telling me my laptop was encrypted than trying to tell me my windows, my Trend Micro, defencebyte and other programs are not updating the driver setup Offering a one time process not software permanently 5 - 10 years. The driver setup was $300.00 than the cost for the technician finishing up at $599.99 I’m a pensioner no way can I afford that!! So after I said I didn’t what to go thru with them they came back offering me $299.99 for basically the same thing calling it there platinum subscription talking me around than handing me over to a technician who scanned my laptop I have no idea what they actually did! And they wanted me to ring them every month so they could charge me for a technician to scan my laptop and tell me anything. So the next day I finally got onto Trend Micro checked my account and there was no update on it, Got onto customer service told them what had happened they said they have nothing to do with them So they have let me download a Trend Micro antivirus software till I’m due for renewal. So take care these people give the impression that they are connected to Trend Micro and they try and sell you software so overpriced to what you can get normally in a shop Trend Micro are going to look into this .......

Scammers, installing software for 2.5 times online price. Do your research and do not call this company

This business is a scam. Lead me to believe that they were Trend Micro tech support charged me $500 for a service I more than likely did not require. And lead me to believe that I would receive 12 months trend micro subscription included. This business seriously preys on the vulnerable and needs to look at their business morals. Save your $ they will just scam you. Take your computer to a real person locally.

Company are complete scammers, claim to be Trend Micro and charge ridiculous amounts. Stay well away from them
